Sweet kisses of bright red cherry and wet forest floor are followed by savory touches of Herbs de Provence. Cherry continues to dominate the palate with acidity & minerality. Cigar box characteristics round out the palate.

• Harvest in September 2018
• Destemmed and cold soaked 24 hour before inoculation
• Punchdowns and pumpovers intermixed during an 8 day fermentation
• Pressed to barrel and aged for 30 months in neutral French oak
• Bottled in April 2021
