Hand harvested and table sorted then fermented dry in 20% new French oak barrels for 12 months. 96% pinot noir, 4% syrah. Flavors and aromas of cherry, strawberry, violet, rose petal, cola, muschrooms, and cedar. Light to medium body with soft tannins. RS 0.45%. 120 cases produced.
