Colterris Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromatics of dark concentrated fruits like black current and ripe blackberry with subtle notes of cocoa, tobacco and dried rosemary in support. On the palate, the wine is layered and complex with robust fruitfulness, velvety smooth tannins and subtle savory notes held together with a juicy mid-palate and subtle acidity throughout. VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 97% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1.5% Petit Verdot, 1.5% Merlot
