At Clarksburg we felt this was a better use of barrels than another trip over Niagara Falls! Those early daredevils could have experienced a more pleasurable soak had they learned the craft of barrel aging. Instead, they left it to us instead to anoint our classic dry hard cider with sweet vanilla bean and rich notes of caramel and oak that only seasoned bourbon barrels can impart.
