In the process of testing hops for ciders our Cider Makers came across Amarillo hops. Known for it's versatile use in beers, this seemed to be the first perfect hop to match up with some sweet and tart apples. We co-fermented the first round with hops until dry, racked the cider and then added another dose to double down on the hop flavor. Taking it to the next level in the cellar with this one, saddle up and enjoy this hoppy, delicious cider!
