This fresh, herbal cider was born out if our belief that product development should be collaborative and include as many diverse voices as possible. In fact, it's the brain child of one our Cider Pub chefs, who thought that green tea and cider would make the perfect pair. And he was right! So here's a toast to Spill The Tea and our celebration of inclusivity, passion, and pride; made by the people and made for everyone!
Sometimes cidermaking takes a bit of coddiwompling - traveling with purpose towards an unknown destination. We didn't start this cider knowing what it will be, but we knew we wanted to use new techniques and ingredients. Made with passionfruit and cascade hops, this hazy cider defies catergoization. Tart, bold and fruity, it bridges the gap between cider and beer. Cheers to The Coddiwompler and the journey, even if the next destination is unknown.
Full Nelson is back with even fuller flavor. We've doubled the Nelson Sauvin hop profile, bringing forward a more citrusy flavor. Whether you drink beer, wine, or cider, these hops unite us all. So let's get together and raise an even fuller glass to our past, our present, and our future.
Often, the story behind the origin of a cider starts with a person-and Americran is no exception. We'd like to introduce you to Cranberry Bob, the farmer behind the first commercial cranberry growing operation in Vermont... and the inspiration for Americran. Our partnership with the Vermont Cranberry Company. has lasted for nearly a decade and has created this perfect union of apples and cranberries. They are, after all, two of the finest fruits in the Northeast.
We are proud of being cidermakers in Vermont and look for ways to share the culture, history, and flavors of our little state. Our Crush Series is inspired by the local fruits and farmers we admire so much, you might even say we’ve got a crush on them. What started as a passion project to capture the essence of fresh, ripe fruit has blossomed into a line of ciders that we look forward to each year. Strawberry was the original Citizen Crush, but it won’t be the last. This unique, fruit forward cider is so refreshing, you won’t be able to stop yourself from crushin’ it!

Apple trees and tart cherry trees make great companions in the orchard. They bloom and harvest at different times throughout the growing season, which is good for the land and good for the farmer. We figured they might make nice companions in a fermented cider as well it turned out to be true, which is goo for us and good for you. Be a Good Companion and enjoy this very limited sour cherry cider.
In the process of testing hops for ciders our Cider Makers came across Amarillo hops. Known for it's versatile use in beers, this seemed to be the first perfect hop to match up with some sweet and tart apples. We co-fermented the first round with hops until dry, racked the cider and then added another dose to double down on the hop flavor. Taking it to the next level in the cellar with this one, saddle up and enjoy this hoppy, delicious cider!
