2017 Pinot Noir Rosé The long ripening season in 2017 contributed ample color to the fruit skins which made for a beautifully colored Rosé. The ruby color of this wine originates from soaking the fruit in the juice for 24 hours prior to pressing off (this process is also known as an “intentional rosé”). The soak also contributed to the red fruit aromas and flavors in the wine. This wine is very nicely balanced with good acidity, a touch of sweetness and fruit. Tasting Notes Aromas of cranberry, strawberry and black cherry. Flavors of cherry and cranberry with some sharpness on the finish.
