2016 Pinot Noir Reserve The reserve is comprised of a selection of our finest barrels of our 2016 Pinot Noir. The selection was made by tasting each barrel, evaluating them and then finding the best blend to produce an exceptional blend from each of our vineyard sites. The resulting wine is a blend of 20% Eola-Amity Hills AVA, 40% Yamhill-Carlton and 40% Southern Willamette Valley AVA with Pinot Noir clones 115, 777, Pommard and Wadensville. Tasting Notes Intense aromas of blackberry cobbler, dark fruit with a hint of caramel. Flavors of blackberry, black cherry, with subtle integrated layers of caramel and spice. The palate lingers for minutes as the flavors evolve over time.
