2017 Cuvée Blanc The 2017 Cuvée Blanc is an aromatic white blend comprised of 60% Müller Thurgau and 40% Gewürztraminer. Both varietals were harvested on the same day and made into wine separately. The Müller Thurgau was pressed immediately and the Gewürztraminer was left to soak on the skins for approximately 1 week prior to pressing; producing an orange wine. The Müller Thurgau contributes beautiful and intense white flowers while the Gewürztraminer contributes citrus components and a bouquet of aromatics. Tasting Notes Aromas of apricot, stone fruits and white flowers with flavors of pear, grapefruit, and honey.
