This dry red wine has flavors of plum, tobacco, espresso bean, and vanilla. It is quickly becoming one of the favorite and official red grapes of Texas. With its unique spicy notes, the perfect pairing is beef
or braised pork ribs, but it also pairs well with seasoned poultry or salmon.

Tempranillo is becoming the shining star of the Texas Wine industry. These versatile grapes are grown on the Texas High Plains AVA, where they excel due to similarities in terrior to its original home in Spain’s Rioja region. This wine was oak-aged for over 12 months to create a medium-bodied wine with smooth tannins that can be enjoyed on its own or with food.
