Production Notes
This red blend is a modern twist on traditional French blending techniques. The wine was fermented separately then blended
together to create a perfectly balanced wine. Once blended, the wines are aged in French and American Oak barrels for over a year to marry the flavors and develop its smooth character.
All grapes were sourced from the Texas High Plains AVA.
paired with meats spiced with rosemary or herbs de Provence,
Mexican food, or root vegetables.
