This dry rose is produced by co-fermenting these varietals after just 12 hours on the skins for light extraction. The blend is a brilliant rose in color. Wonderful lifted aromatics of rose petals on the nose and a complexity of herbal scents. Fresh acidity on the palate with notes of white peach, cranberry, and lemon zest.
