The name of our new Fingerprint Collection wine, THE ROLDEC, derives from the ancient name given to the Italian grape variety Teroldego. An incredible character, it opens with aromas of spice and forest floor but with lovely red and black fruits balanced by a great structure, lovely tannins and a bright acidity over a clean and deep finish. A food wine like very few, enjoyable with strong dishes.
