Always exciting to make our Pinot Grigio because with our minimalistic approach and absence of fining agents we let the wine to be as natural as possible. This vintage's Pinot has a nuance of bronze/gray color proper of the variety (GRIGIO means GRAY) but mostly it has a very open bouquet of citrus fruits, a little hint of banana with a very crisp beginning and a soft smooth end. It has only 1% residual sugar, a sustained alcohol and a bright acidity.
