Cherokee White is our fusion wine made from blending the classic Carlos Muscadine of the South United States with the European varieties Chardonnay, Moscato and Viognier. Matured in stainless steel tanks and shows nuances of bright flowers, citrus, and peach notes. This wine is easy to pair with food as the residual sugar is only 1.8% which makes this much dryer than traditionally made muscadine wine. Delightfully crisp and refreshing.
