Our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It is aged for 14 months in new French oak and is unfined and unfiltered with an opaque violet color. This wine is rich and creamy with fruity aromas of black raspberry buttercream, praline, and delicate herbs and spices. It has an oily, lively, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body mid-palate and a warming, subtle, medium-long cassis, honey, nuts, and earth finish with dusty tannins and elegant oak.
