A very fruity sweet wine with a unique elderberry flavor. The wine is balanced, full bodied, and has a deep color. There are many articles about the medicinal values of the elderberry, but I think this form is more fun.

This wine is made from the Valvin Muscat grape and it is very similar to a Muscato except that it is not overly sweet - just enough sweetness to balance with the acidity. Very fruity on the front end with plenty of citrus on the mid-pallet. Very refreshing sipping wine.
This is a true Noble Muscadine Blush. The juice was separated from the must as quick as possible with minimum color extraction. Even then, it is a rich pinkish color. The taste is similar to a white muscadine but with some tannic and phenolic compounds. Serve chilled and it makes a nice sweet sipping wine.

A slightly sweet deep red wine made from the black muscadine. Another southern favorite, where these grapes grow even in the wild. This wine should be named Memory Lane since so many folk remember their parents and grand-parents making this wine in a crock. Serve chilled.
