This is a true Noble Muscadine Blush. The juice was separated from the must as quick as possible with minimum color extraction. Even then, it is a rich orangish color. The taste is similar to a white muscadine but with some tannic and phenolic compounds. Serve chilled and it makes a nice sweet sipping wine.
