An American-French Hybrid produced from the crossing of Seyval & Gewurztraminer. The wine is semi-sweet, complex, layered and has a pronounced fruity flavor of liche and with a refreshing spicy finish. Pairs well with seafood dishes, white cheeses and is typically served chilled.
Winner of the WILLIAM O. BEACH AWARD at the 2011 Wines of the South Competition. This is the highest award given for a TN grown fruit. The current batch is a silver metal winner @ Indy International.
