A specialty first time release! This hard cider was produced using ps fresh cider and fermented on Rose hips and rose petals. Post primary fermentation the base cider spent 5 months aging in rye whiskey barrels from our friends at Corgi spirits! Uberly aromatic and expressive rye whiskey character!
