Wonderfully herbaceous with aromas of cranberry, red beet and thyme. A plentiful mouth of nearly ripe plums and garden herbs. Firm tannin and just a lick of bitters in the finish so you don't forget your place.
Incredible blackberry jamminess to the nose, intermingled with the soft scents of roasted prickly pear and watermelon; after decanting, notes of plum also appear. Notes of clove-spiced plums, black cherry, cassis, and intermingle with the aforementioned prickly pear, and blackberry jam, making for a sort of dark fruit salad character.
Domi lacks three letters: D.O.C. Beautifully crafted in Super Tuscan style; true to her Sangiovese roots with bright tangy berries, even a little apricot stylishly dressed with the dark richness of her French counterparts.
