Avelar Rose-Co-ferment with local red wine grapes and fresh pressed apples. Fermented with a French wine yeast. Dry with notes of strawberry and stone fruit. Wickson Vixen-Made with Wickson Crabapples, fermented with an English cider yeast. Dry with lots of bold apple notes and tannin. Sour Empress: Made out of 100% Italian Plums from our farm. This won Gold in the Specialty Category at the NW Cider Cup for 2023
