This rosé is made to be similar to a Provençal Rosé. Mostly made up of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon which was whole cluster pressed as well as 42% Cabernet Franc saignee (juice bled off of the red ferments) and small percentages of 8% Merlot and 2% Syrah.
The beautiful light salmon color is from its very limited skin contact. Lots were fermented separately and blended together for aging.
Shows vivid notes of wild strawberry, lemon, apricot, and fresh basil.
