Unlike English and Irish Meads that are strong, thick, high alcohol, and very sweet, Palouse Gold is crafted to be a crisp and delicate wine styled mead, that pairs exceptionally with simple desserts such a New York style cheesecake, pound cake, or fresh fruit - but also along side a grilled halibut fillet with a creamy dill sauce. So versatile, and should be served well chilled.
