Our Syrah is like taking a mouthful of plums, blackberries, black cherry, blueberries, and adding a hint of licorice, chocolate. We experienced this mouthbomb of incredible flavors and consider it a real adventure in exciting flavors that also transforms as it breathes. Jeff loves to grill meat and for me he adds portobello mushroom and grilled asparagus since I love veggies. He also loves to makes a prime rib, rib eye, and lamb, and always opens our Syrah.
We only made 4 cases of this small batch handcrafted boutique 2019 Syrah. We sourced our grapes from Lodi. I think it’s super rare is will be best held until 2023 to open.
