Our Syrah is like taking a mouthful of plums, blackberries, black cherry, blueberries, and adding a hint of licorice, chocolate. We experienced this mouthbomb of incredible flavors and consider it a real adventure in exciting flavors that also transforms as it breathes. This big bold juicy wine that pairs with….My favorite…Pizza! I like blue cheeses like Roquefort or gorgonzola with my Syrah. Jeff loves to grill meat and for me he adds portobello mushroom and grilled asparagus since I love veggies. He also loves to makes a prime rib, rib eye, and lamb, and always opens our Syrah. We only made 4 cases of this small batch handcrafted boutique 2019 Syrah. We sourced our grapes from Lodi. I think it’s super rare is will be best held until 2023 to open.

Caldeaux Pinot tastes like bing cherries and ripe raspberries in a bottle along with a hint of mushroom, and earthy minerals like limestone and rock. You can pair with fowl, pork and mushroom and eggplant and asparagus. This wine is my go to that at our Thanksgiving dinner. Since our Pinot is light-bodied red it pairs well with semi-soft cheeses like Gruyère, Comté, Emmenthal and Gouda. Our pinot is lighter more fruiter wine. I personally like to make sprintzers in the summer with it. I add alittle 7 up or sprite and whala…. the perfect summer sipper.
