A dry rose composed of a unique blend of Merlot, Chambourcin and Petit Verdot from our Cottontown Road vineyard and Saperavi grapes from our friends at nearby Grassy Mountain Vineyard. Light in pink color with a tangerine hue and notes of strawberry and ripe raspberry. A zip in the taste with cherries and ripe strawberries. Try with grilled pork chops with apricot sauce or grill salmon.
