Terms and Conditions:
1. Club benefits are non-transferable.
2. Canceling a membership
• Available any time after your first delivery and with a 7-day notice!
• Not available during the shipping process
3. We do not charge handling fees or markup shipping costs.
4. Members are responsible for shipping, return shipping and reshipping fees when applicable.
5. Any signups occurring after a quarter’s shipping and pickup starting date will be placed into the following quarters’ wine club
Gift Memberships:
1. To extend the gift of our exclusive ‘Uncorked’ Wine Club membership upon a fortunate friend or family member, simply provide the recipient's name and shipping address at checkout. Ensure they are informed that an adult signature (21+ years) is required for delivery to complete the seamless gifting experience!
Shipping & Pick-Ups:
1. Shipping and pickup dates are February 26th, May 27th, August 26th, and November 18th
2. Your wine will be delivered by UPS using ground shipping.
3. Federal law requires all wine shipments to be signed for by someone 21+ years of age.
4. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases, but your package can be delivered to nearby delivery points.
5. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday and can be made to homes, work addresses, or your nearest UPS access point.
6. You will receive email notification prior to shipping so that arrangements can be made. There will be three delivery attempts, in the event the package is returned to us, a reshipping fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
• Shipping rates are applied at the flat rate costs of $10 (2 bottles) and $15 (4 bottles)
7. We will make our best effort to only ship during favorable weather conditions. In order to maintain the integrity of the wine, shipping and charge dates may be adjusted appropriately. Customers will be notified appropriately of any changes that may occur.
8. We can ship to over 35 states!
• Not available to the following states: AL, AR, CT, DE, MI, MS, MT, RI, SD, and UT
9. If you elect to pick up your wines at the winery, we will hold your wine for 28 days to give you ample time to make your visit.
• If packages are not picked up 7 days before the pickup period is over, we will send out ONE reminder notification.
• Packages not picked up in the 28-day time period will be shipped and appropriate shipping fees will be applied at a flat rate cost of $10 (2 bottles) and $15 (4 bottles).
Payments & Fees:
1. Every quarter, our team carefully curates a selection of wines, and the corresponding release will be automatically billed to your account. The precise charge will vary each quarter based on the specific wines chosen for your enjoyment.
2. The average quarterly amount for each club, $50 for ‘Essentials’ and $100 for ‘Vintner’s Select’ does not include the ground shipping by UPS which is at cost to you. (if shipping option is chosen at checkout)

4. Charges will occur 3 days after release date.

3. How often will I be billed?
• You will be billed four times per year. (Unless you personally purchase additional wine at our winery, online or by phone)
• Or until you cancel your quarterly subscriptions
4. What is the cancellation policy?
• We hate to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your membership we ask that you give notice one week notice before the card processing of the next club release. If we do not receive timely notice, you will be required to accept the current release.
• No cancellations will be allowed once charges are being processed
5. How will I know when I have been charged?
• You will receive an email notification 3 days prior to the billing of your release, letting you know the selection, cost and add-on options. Releases will ship or become available for pickup 4 days after billing.
6. How long does my membership last?

7. Can my Wine Club benefits be extended to someone else?
• No. Membership benefits are non-transferable.
8. How can I make changes to my Wine Club account, such as address, CC information, name, wine club level change, etc?
• Members are able to update their account information personally or you can call the winery and let us know of the changes that need to be made.
9. What happens if my Wine Club shipment is sent back to the winery?
• The shipping service we use will make three delivery attempts before returning the wine to us. If the wine is returned to the winery, we can reship the order for flat rate costs of $10 (2 bottles) or $15 (4 bottles). We suggest that you provide an address that will assure you receive the delivery, such as a place of business, with someone over the age of 21 present to sign for your order. An adult signature is required for delivery.
10. What if I end up with a corked or damaged bottle?
• In the unlikely event that a bottle arrives damaged or corked (we inspect the wines incredibly closely before shipment), notify us as soon as possible and we will replace the damaged merchandise, at no additional cost to you.
11. If I choose to be a “pick-up member,” how will I know that my wines are available to pick up?
• All pick-up members will receive an email notifying them of the release, 3 days prior to credit card processing and one week before shipping/pick up occurs. If you are unable to pick up your release after 28 days, we will conveniently ship the wine to you. Shipping charges (Flat rate of $10 for 2 bottles and $15 for 4 bottles) will be applied to the credit card we have on file.
12. Can I have someone else pick up my release?
• Yes, you can have a friend or family member pick up your release. Just be sure to send us an email or give us a call with the name of the person, so we can make a note on your account. Send to uncorked@BrookHollowWinery.com
13. Can I skip releases?
• Yes! Members can skip a maximum of one consecutive release. Longer durations require cancellation.
14. What is the delivery process?
• Our default shipping method is via UPS ground. (1-7 business days) An adult 21 or older must be present to sign for the package upon delivery. 15. What address should I use for shipping?
• We suggest that you provide an address that will guarantee you receive a delivery, such as a place of business, with someone over the age of 21 present to sign for your order.

17. If I want different wines in my release, can I exchange or add other wines available?

18. Can I schedule my release to be picked up or shipped early?

• Even though you will receive your order early, your benefits will only be applicable within the scheduled quarter dates, NOT when order is received or placed. (excluding virtual wine tasting access, which you will receive with your bottles and automatic enrollment into our loyalty program, which occurs upon sign up)
• Cards will not be charged until customer gives approval.
19. Can I sign up mid-quarter for current release?
• Yes! Sign-ups can occur in-store or via Vinoshipper, at any time.
• If you would like to receive that current quarters release immediately, please email uncorked@BrookHollowWinery.com to notify the staff to ship or to schedule in-store pick-up. If signing up while visiting the tasting room, you may receive that current quarters wine club release immediately
• Benefits are only applicable within the quarters for the release that was purchased and will be available to members immediately.
• Cards will not be charged until customer gives approval.
