This semi-sweet small batch mead is made by fermenting strawberry and meadowfoam flower honey. It has a robust aroma of strawberry jam. The taste has front notes of strawberry and finishes with a toasted oaky note from the marshmallow flavor of the meadow foam honey. This mead is unique in flavor and is one of our signature recipes. The label art is inspired by the meadowfoam flower and our love of biking outdoors.
