Spontaneously fermented, this wine is the driest riesling we’ve produced; however, a small amount of residual sugar is present. Flavors of apple, apricot and citrus permeate your palate and the slightest touch of sweetness will greet the back of your palate. This Riesling is full of energy, and texture and spent 10+ months on the lees, in a neutral barrel prior to bottling
