Riesling is an aromatic grape displaying flowery, almost perfumed aromas as well as high acidity. Our first Riesling exudes delicate peach notes and great minerality. It can be paired with white fish, pork & Asian food.
A classic Rhone Valley varietal this full-bodied wine has a nose of pear and lychee fruit. Pear continues on the palate along with honeydew. This is slightly creamy with a hint of white pepper. Pair this with medium hard cheeses, seafood or winter squashes.
A classical varietal from the Piedmont of Italy also found a home in the Yadkin Valley of N.C. This 2019 Atlantic Seaboard Wine Association Silver Medal winning wine is earthy with cherry notes, high acidity with soft tannins along with a smooth lingering finish. Pairs well with any Italian food.
