Collaboration cider with FOUNDATION Bar based on a play of the cherry bounce cocktail. We blended a cherry skin cider rested in 11 & 8 year old Elijah Craig bourbon barrels and a cherry wine + cider hybrid in an Eda Rhyne Fernet Barrel. The resulting liquid is complex and layered with the flavor of aromatics, herbs, spices, and roots meshed with cherry, and cacao. These settle into a classic bourbon finishing palate of toasted oak and vanilla. 6.9% abv.
