Less is More- The name says it all. Less is More showcases the elegance of classic old-world methods, spontaneous fermentation and minimal intervention. Fermented from wild yeast on the apple skins using the Pétillant Naturel technique (which pre-dates the champagne method) creates beautiful fine bubbles as it ages in the bottle.
Sparkling Strawberry Cider -Sweet Carolina strawberries co-fermented with our house cider blend, unfiltered, bottle conditioned to a super light bubbly haze. Fruity, fresh and crushable.

Arkansas Black Single Varietal 'Heritage Series' - Single varietal Arkansas black apple cider aged in French chardonnay barrels, rich with mouth watering acidity and a creamy finish.
Skin Contact- Wild cider aged on Montmorency cherry skins, this luxurious cider has a subtle nutty undertone. Light delicate rose with a deep cherry finish.

Pink is a Feeling is apples co-fermented with Chambourcin grapes and then aged on the skins of 4 grapes, Chambourcin, Noble, Carlos & Magnolia.
Pomme de Vie- This cider reminds us of The Beatles song "I Want You (She’s So Heavy)" Aged in fresh French Cognac Barrels. Rich, sparkling and beautiful.
Sentiment Bleu- Made with estate grown blueberry juice and skins co-fermented with a special blend of tart cider apples and sweet dessert apples. Aged in Sauternes barrels and bottle conditioned.
Have Love Will Bramble- Raspberry and Blackberry juice cofermented in a local Turning Point bourbon barrel with cider.
Sunshine Rainbow- Fresh apricot juice fermented with our house cider blend and aged in a local Turning Point Whiskey Barrel.
Hip Hop-Infused with rose hips and cascade hops, 'Hip Hop' dances in your mouth with floral and citrus notes.
