100% barrel-aged pinot gris, a rich full mouthful to hold up to heavier dishes. Pinot Gris’ natural skin color is an orangish pink. A short skin contact after crushing the grapes gives the finished wine a delicate pink hue. The wine is barrel-fermented with native yeasts for a true expression of terroir. Aromas of apple, pear, and lemon dance with minerality. Serve cool, but not cold for maximum flavor.
