Yadkin Valley Merlot fermented on native yeast and aged in neutral barrels, this is NC wine at its purest and finest. With notes of red stone fruit, blueberry and a touch of vanilla, this is begging for fireplaces, friends, and big meals. Our favorite pairing for this bright fruity and gamay-esque wine is Thanksgiving dinner. It sings with turkey or smoked tempeh and all of those classic sides. Fermented on the skins for 15 days.
