Traditional Ciderkin is made from reconstituting apple pomace. We craft our rose ciderkin by spontaneously fermenting on the pomace of apple, grape and blueberry skins. Reusing the pomace and the fruit skins helps us create a unique and delicious product while also fulfilling our food waste reduction goals and sustainability ethos."
