We crushed them up and let it rip open top with only native yeast.
We pressed off the juice after a few weeks of skin contact and then bottle it up at the perfect Pet Nat time!
We patiently let it rest on its lees for a few months in the bottle.
Then, we spray ourselves with delicious bubbles as we disgorge by hand.
