Yadkin Valley Cab Franc grapes fermented with native yeast. We hand sorted and destemmed the best of the best clusters. We crushed them up and let it rip open top with only native yeast. We pressed off the juice after a few weeks of skin contact and then bottle it up at the perfect Pet Nat time! We patiently let it rest on its lees for a few months in the bottle. Then, we spray ourselves with delicious bubbles as we disgorge by hand. This is Ø Ø with no additions in the winery. 🦄🌈🐉This is the stuff dreams are made of! Pure natural bubbly rose with all that Southern Terrior. 🍓 🍉 🍊 Strawberry, watermelon, lavender, and citrus notes.
