Made with 100% Organic estate grown Cedar Grove blueberries. The fruit is Hand Harvested early in the morning when the berries are cool are then cold pressed. The wine is spontaneously fermented with native yeast from our farm and aged in French wine barrels for an extended time. Bright red fruit melds into a rich dark chocolatey undertone leaving you wanting more. It's full of powerful antioxidants and unfiltered with zero additives. We suggest enjoying it with pork tenderloin, roast chicken, sauteed mushrooms, or your favorite rich and creamy pasta dish.
