Fermented in stainless steel and aged on French oak segments, this wine is a unique blend of Cynthiana (80%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) - both of which we hand-picked from our own vineyards.
DRY WHITE
Featuring the bright, crisp, citrusy fruit character of the Seyval grape, this wine is often compared with less grassy versions of Sauvignon Blanc. Pairs well with seafood and light cheeses.
SEMI-SWEET WHITE
An alluring floral bouquet combined with seductive citrus and tree fruit flavors make this wine a sensual knockout. A consistent award winner, our 2010 vintage received the Governor's Cup for "BEST MISSOURI WINE."
SEMI-SWEET RED
A blend of Chambourcin and Cynthiana grapes, this wine offers the flavor and sweetness of some domestic ports - but without the head-splitting brandy that is added to traditional port.
