A dry Vignoles that is actually dry (less than 1 gram of sugar per liter, perceptibly drier than so-called “dry” Vignoles from other producers that often have more than 5 times the amount of sugar). Aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the grape’s distinctive pineapple character. The label features a painting of our vineyard by famed local landscape artist Billyo O’Donnell.
DRY WHITE
Featuring the bright, crisp, citrusy fruit character of the Seyval grape, this wine is often compared with less grassy versions of Sauvignon Blanc. Pairs well with seafood and light cheeses.
DRY RED
Featuring firm berry fruit and an easy-drinking texture, this varietal recalls wines from the southern Rhône Valley of France. [residual sugar: 0.0%]
SEMI-SWEET WHITE
An alluring floral bouquet combined with seductive citrus and tree fruit flavors make this wine a sensual knockout. A consistent award winner, our 2010 vintage received the Governor's Cup for "BEST MISSOURI WINE."
SEMI-SWEET RED
A blend of Chambourcin and Cynthiana grapes, this wine offers the flavor and sweetness of some domestic ports - but without the head-splitting brandy that is added to traditional port.
