Made with handpicked grapes from the Prosser Washington. This intensely rich Syrah which reveal aromas of blackberry, licorice, cherry, and smoke, with a final flourish of dense, pitch-black fruit flavors that linger on the finish. Pairs well with grilled meats, vegetables, wild game and especially aged hard cheeses like Gouda.
