Made with handpicked grapes from Prosser Washington, where they thrive under the perpetually sunny skies of the Columbia Valley. Our old world approach of a natural yeast inoculation, unfiltered and un-fined, aged at 14 months in oak barrels gives this Malbec the theme of black cherry, blackberry, cocoa powder and tobacco, which play deliciously with its mild tannin structure and light peppery finish.
