Traditional semi-sweet drinking mead made from the nectar of Michigan’s light amber honeys and pure Michigan apple cider! Cyser is an Olde English word for “cider”, but today is associated with mead culture, defining the mead as seasoned with apple. Pairs with pork, fish, poultry, cheese, wylde game, and good company.
