A fortified blend of slightly fermented fresh cider and oak-aged apple eau de vie distillate. Enjoy it with dessert or by the fireside. In the cidery: Eau de Vie distilled from our own fruit in 2018, aged in French oak barrels for 2 years and then blended with fresh juice from the 2021 harvest. Further aged in stainless with French Oak chips for an additional 8 weeks, bottled July, 2022. In the glass: Velvety tannins and a smooth finish. Fragrances of ripe apples, and vanilla. Varieties: Porter’s Perfection, Golden Russet, Dabinet, King David, Goldrush ABV: 18.1%. Residual Sugar: 6.4%
