A fortified blend of slightly fermented fresh cider and oak-aged apple eau de vie distillate. Enjoy it with dessert or by the fireside. In the cidery: Eau de Vie distilled from our own fruit. Aged in French oak barrels for 2 years and then blended with fresh juice from the 2023 harvest. In the glass: Velvety tannins and a smooth finish. Fragrances of ripe apples, and vanilla.
