Description: Golden Russet and Porter’s Perfection are both heirloom cider apples originating from western New York
and southwest Englad respectively in the 1800s.
In the cidery: Pressed after three months of sweating, co-fermentation, DV10 yeast. Bottled after 10 months aging.
In the glass: Porter’s Perfection brings acidity, tannic complexity and depth, while Goden Russet lends spiciness, a
honeycomb sweetness and its own subtle russet bite.
