Our brewers were interested in exploring other koji options and were blown away by the results, and we think you will be too.
This sake has been brightly filtered and pasteurized and has notes of vanilla, bubblegum, and light cherry notes.
While dry, the umami from the koji keeps the body and mouthfeel full.
