2018 Chardonnay – Our Estate Chardonnay shows light aromas of fruit and flowers. Pairs nicely with creamy foods, roast chicken, salmon, and buttered shellfish or try with Chevre, Stilton, or nutty cream cheeses. Nose: Fresh with light citrus, pear, and peach with light spices and baked lemon. Palate: Juicy fruit up front with a round and creamy texture...light citrus, minerality, and gentle spicy notes.
