A Madeira-style dessert wine made with a base of Vidal Blanc. Balanced and incredibly stable with cling peaches and orange blossom notes. Treated unlike a normal wine this was barreled and left to age. In 2012 the barrels were rolled out into the sun to bake. In late 2013 the wine was fortified to stop fermentation and retain some residual sugar. Bottled in 2015 with a portion held back for a future batch
